On Jan 7,2025, the mobilization meeting for the launch of the XiBei Bearing Digital Factory Project was successfully held, marking that the company has taken a new and solid step in the development process and opened a new journey of the company's digital transformation. Relevant leaders of the company, members of the digital project team, heads of various units and business personnel attended the meeting.

The Business Management Department reported on the four aspects of "project background and goals, project history, switching arrangements and launch requirements, and continuous optimization and improvement", and put forward clear requirements for follow-up work after the launch: First, the business department must carefully sort out and verify the initial data of the business and financial period to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the business data and financial data. Second, all relevant business personnel must completely change their previous habits. Any business must be settled on a daily basis to ensure the timeliness and standardization of business execution. Third, the smooth launch of the system does not mean the end of the project, but a new beginning. It is hoped that all business departments will actively offer suggestions and continue to promote system optimization and upgrading and business process improvement.

In the next step, the digital project team will do its best to provide technical support, training and services, and hand over a satisfactory digital construction answer sheet to the company to promote the company's high-quality development.
