In NXZ's medium and large workshops, a series of innovative measures are being steadily promoted, aiming to integrate the concept of "quality first" into the daily work of every employee. Through continuous quality awareness training and practical activities, the workshop has successfully made all employees deeply understand the importance of quality management. At the same time, strict implementation of standardized operating procedures, strengthening process control and promoting continuous improvement have significantly improved the overall quality level of products.

In order to ensure the stability of the production process, the workshop accurately identified the risk of material fluctuations through in-depth analysis of historical data, and dynamically adjusted the production plan to avoid potential problems. In addition, a rapid response mechanism was established to achieve instant feedback and root cause tracing for scrap problems, effectively preventing the recurrence of quality problems. Through cross-checking between processes and refined process management, the assembly qualification rate of high-difficulty products such as 156132H and 156134H reached 100%. At the same time, the optimization of raw material acceptance standards and protective measures greatly reduced the incidence of product surface damage. In response to the deformation problems that may occur during heat treatment, the workshop introduced CNC lathe rounding technology and improved the problem feedback process in grinding processing, which significantly improved the one-time qualification rate of products.

On the basis of strict quality control, the workshop also increased the control of costs, especially put forward higher requirements for product matching rate. Faced with technical difficulties such as four-point contact ball bearings and spherical roller bearings, the workshop quickly formed a special research team, deeply analyzed the causes of the problems, systematically upgraded and transformed key equipment, and optimized the processing technology and testing methods, achieving remarkable results.
